Our activities cover the entire project cycle, from technical consulting, acoustic studies and product specification through to quotation, supply, installation and project completion. We work closely with architects, engineers, technical offices, contractors and other professionals to develop solutions tailored to the specific technical and architectural requirements of each project.

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our Acoustics Department at our offices in Marousi, Athens.

The Role

The position combines technical sales, business development and project support. The successful candidate will be involved in developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and supporting projects from the specification and quotation stage through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, technical offices, contractors and other industry professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of existing accounts.
  • Understand customer and project requirements and recommend appropriate acoustic solutions.
  • Support the specification of Group Science products and solutions in construction projects.
  • Prepare quotations, commercial offers and technical documentation.
  • Follow up projects from the specification and quotation stage through to order, delivery and completion.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers and internal teams.
  • Review technical specifications, drawings and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding product specifications, availability and technical matters.
  • Maintain accurate sales and project information and prepare reports using company systems and MS Office.
  • Participate in customer meetings, site visits and occasional business trips.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, business development or a related position.
  • Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical/academic background.
  • Strong interest in acoustics, construction products and technical solutions.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical and commercially viable solutions.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and strong overall digital skills.
  • Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
  • Good working knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.

Sales Representative – Safe Cargo (Subject line: SC-SR/8.26)

Group Science – Safe Cargo, based in Marousi, Attica, is looking for a Sales Representative to join its team on a full-time, five-day working schedule.

    🎯   Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and promotion of safe cargo loading and lifting products.
  • Development and expansion of the existing customer portfolio.
  • Identification of new business opportunities and development of a new customer network.
  • Promotion of the department’s specialized services, including:
    • Safe cargo loading studies.
    • Internal cargo handling studies.
    • Design and manufacturing of custom lifting equipment.
    • Consulting support for the transportation of dangerous goods, including Safety Advisor (SA) / ADR services.
  • Preparation and management of product quotations and costing.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Monitoring market developments and identifying opportunities for business growth.

  • University degree in Engineering or a related Science/Technical field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar sales position.
  • Experience in product costing and quotation preparation.

🚀 We are Hiring! Construction Supervision Engineer

Group Science is looking for a Construction Supervision Engineer for full-time employment, with 2–3 years of professional experience in supervision and coordination of construction works.

The engineer will join a highly specialized team and will participate in projects of particular technical interest, in the fields of sound insulation, acoustics and custom constructions.

🔥 Main responsibilities
•    Supervision and coordination of work on construction sites.
•    Monitoring the progress and quality of constructions.
•    Collaboration with crews, suppliers and other project participants.
•    Design and implementation of technical drawings and specifications.
•    Participation in the implementation of specialized sound insulation and acoustics projects.
•    Travel to construction sites inside and outside Athens.
•    Participation, as appropriate, in projects and business trips in Greece and abroad.

💼 Required qualifications
•    Degree in Engineering.
•    2–3 years of experience in construction supervision or construction site experience.
•    Very good knowledge of AutoCAD.
•    Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
•    Ability to travel within and outside Athens and participate in trips to Greece and abroad.
•    Own means of transportation for travel needs to construction sites.
•    Organization, responsibility and willingness to work in a demanding technical environment.
