Additional costs for the customer are only the shipping costs in case of sending the order.
What are the available payment methods?

By debit / credit card
You can pay for your order with either a Visa, Mastercard or debit card. With the debit and credit card the payment is made in a lump sum.
By deposit in a bank account
Each order can be paid by bank deposit, kept pending until the amount is deposited, but for a maximum period of five (5) days. If the deposit is not made within this period, the order is canceled without further notice. Any bank charges for the deposit are paid by the customer.

With the deposit you are informed about the exact day and time of delivery of your order.

What are the available shipping methods?
Collection from the warehouse
For all orders, the collection can be done by the customer, at no extra charge, in our warehouse ELXIS S.A. in Aspropyrgos. (by appointment / information for the date and time) Location here.
Collection from the offices
For orders where the products are at our headquarters and for specific product packaging from our warehouse, the customer can pick up the order from our offices, address: 48 Dimitriou Gounari, Maroussi 15124, daily 9 am – 5 pm. (by appointment / information for the date and time) Location here.
Delivery to agency (Athens)
Our company can execute the deliveries of customer orders to an agency of their choice within Athens with a very low financial burden – charge. Indicative charges: 1-3 Boxes from 14 € Pallet from 20 €
Delivery to other areas of the Territory
Upon agreement for the additional charge, deliveries are made throughout Greece with cooperating transport companies. The risk from the sale – transport – final receipt of the order by carrier, passes to the buyer / customer.
Delivery to a carrier of your choice
Your order can be delivered to a carrier of your choice and by order you send it to pick up either from the warehouse or from our headquarters.
Courier
For immediate deliveries the customer can choose the transfer of his order by Courier from Group Science or by order of a courier company to pick up the items.
* Delivery requires the payment of the order or its financial settlement.
** The information time from Group Science for the delivery of the transfer and the delivery time to the customer takes place immediately (no later than the next working day).
*** For the financial burden (with shipping costs) of each order please contact us.
**** Receipts from our warehouse and headquarters have no additional charges.
***** The items travel at the customer’s responsibility.
Do you have a return policy?
Returns due to external defects from the transfer
The responsibility for the transfer passes to the customer. The goods travel at the sole responsibility of the customer, so returns are not accepted. The goods to be transported can be insured with a small charge of the principal so that in case of an event the customer is fully covered.
Returns
Product returns are accepted within 2 days of receipt and if there is a significant reason from the customer accepted by the company. Shipping (return) costs are borne by the customer. The return of the monetary value is completed no later than 30 days from the return of the items and their control.
